 New data for Index of Core Industries: 2020 January: 137.5 2019 January: 134.5  YoY growth: 2.2%  Details: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry Office of Economic Adviser (OEA), Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP), reports a monthly index, ICI, "Index of Eight Core Industries (Base: 2011-12=100)".  "The Eight Core Industries comprise 40.27 per cent of the weight of items included in the Index of Industrial Production (IIP)."
